WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE OF DMSO 99.9%, 70% and 50%?

The differences of the concentration is made for the different applications. 99.9% is the most suitable for topical use, muscle ligament and tendon pains problems. 50% has been used for example for the eyes in the cases of cataracts. And 70% would be more suitable for people with a very sensitive skin that react too strongly to the 99.9% solution concentration, it is also used very much by veterinarians to raise horses. The different concentrations have been diluted with distilled water.

Are your DMSO products already diluted or do we have to dilute with distilled water? Thank you so much.
